Ed Mathews has been investing in Connecticut real estate for over a decade. He started Clark St Homes after realizing that most “we buy houses” companies operate on a model that is fundamentally at odds with the best interests of the homeowners they serve: using high-pressure tactics, opaque offers, and a bait-and-switch process that leaves sellers feeling taken advantage of.
